Relay for Life 2009

This year we had an awesome turn out for the Relay for Life. My team, Hunters for the Cure had a blast. We purchased purple camo shirts and set up a booth to help raise more money for the American Cancer Society. I want to thank everyone who participated on the team. If I didn't get your picture I apologize.
This is our booth. We sold many different camo items, glow sticks, and Frances and Dolphin made homemade egg rolls.
Someone from the team had to be on the track at all times through out the night. And yes....I stayed up ALL NIGHT LONG this year.

I had asked Tasha to take my camera around to take some pictures at the Relay and this is what was on my camera when she brought it back. I have decided to label it "Tasha's random craziness"
The Luminaria bags were lit all around the walking track.
The next morning only a few team members survived the night. We had a pancake breakfast and the rain didn't start until we started to load up the truck and trailer.

Day at the Zermatt in Midway

This was a fun day spent at the Zermatt. We had a pancake buffett breakfast, played chess on the sidewalk, swam in the pool, played Apples to Apples in the room, played a game of pool with Josh, Kensie, Tasha, and Frances, then had lunch with the Gurule family. Thank you Aunt Diane for letting us invade your suite at the Zermatt and putting up with us for the day.

Sumo Graduation Party for Tasha

I know I am posting these pictures a year late, but I have been going through all of my pictures and found the Sumo Graduation Party for Tasha. She wanted to have a party for her High School Graduation and she asked if we could find the Sumo suits. Everyone had a turn and these are some of the high lights of the party. We were laughing so hard at everyone when they were trying to get up and walk around in the suits. It actually took two of the big guys to pick each person up after they got into their suits. Dylan wasn't tall enough to play in the suit but we got his picture anyway. This was the best and I recommend the Sumo suits for everyone at their next party.
